Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: chronic non healing ulcers more than 10 cm square ulcer more than 4 week duration sugar levels maintained under control hypertensive patients age above 18 years hemoglobin more than 9g/dl
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: systemic disorders like CVS diseases, liver failure, renal failure connective tissue disorders pregnant women ulcer site containing necrotic tissue platelets less than 1,00,000/microlitre any infection acute ischemia, gangrene
