Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients requiring central line venous cannulation will be included
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe lung disease, vascular malformations, prior CVC insertions, increased intracranial pressure symptoms, or previous lung or chest surgeries, deranged coagulogram will be excluded
