Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy patients- age group 18- 65 yrs Necrotic pulp (Non vital ) & periapical lesion Single rooted teeth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had antibiotics within 3 months and anti inflammatory medication within 48 hrs. Systemic illness, drug allergy, pregnancy/lactation Calcified canal/ periodontal disease
