Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients wearing conventional complete denture for 1-3 years. Participants having enough bone to accommodate endosseous implant of dimension 3.3 mm x 13 mm in the mandibular arch. The participants having adequate interarch space, with class I maxilla-mandibular relationship. The mandibular arch should have enough bone and does not require any bone augmentation procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants having habit of smoking, alcohol or drug abuse. Participants with mental disorder, health state which preclude surgical procedures, malignant tumor, history of radiation therapy at the implant site. Participants requiring bone graft at the site of the implant. Participants with soft tissue hypertrophy or hyperplasia. Participants unable to come for follow up
