Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are willing to participate in the study and are available for complete three months will be recruited from SDM Residential Hostel.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are not available for complete three months. Subjects who have any medical illness or diagnosed with psychotic or sleep disorders or under any medications.
