Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Newly diagnosed squamous cell carcinoma patients of head and neck (Oral cavity, Nasopharynx, Oropharynx, Larynx and Hypopharynx), treatment naïve planned for definitive radiotherapy or chemoradiotherapy 2.Age â?? Above 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Head and Neck cancer patients with Distant metastasis 2.Patients with active viral infection- HIV, Hepatitis B/C, COVID-19, active tubercular infection, any other active bacterial infection 3.Patients with abnormal liver or renal function tests 4.Patients with conditions â?? uncontrolled DM/HTN, Walking impairment, History of autoimmune disease
