Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Diagnosed cases of stroke - calf muscles that display spasticity (grade 1 to 3 of MAS) - Self ambulatory of Berg Balance score (40 and above) with or without assistance - MMSE status (minimum 24 or more)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Deficit for lower limb sensation - Fear of needle - Blood disorders - Deep vein thrombosis - Recurrent stroke
