Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Tender points in upper trapezitis Individuals who score more than cutoff the smartphone addiction questionnaire short version Subjects who can understand and speak English and Hindi along with tamil

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Healing fractures over neck or upper back region Wound over upper back region Deformities like scoliosis tortocollis Disc pathology neurological disorders and degenerative disorders including cervical spine
