Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Any experience of spine injuries or another spinal injury as a result of an accident (e.g., road accident, etc.). 2. The patients who have disc bulging, protrusion, and extrusion. 3. The respondents who are capable of independent communication and capable of giving informed verbal consent to this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The pregnant female patients who have children. 2. The patients who had undergone some surgery as pelvic region, spinal surgery, LUCS, etc. 3. Any experience with chronic inflammatory pain (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.). 4. Individuals who have refused to participate in the study.

To determine the effectiveness of multimodal exercise in person with chronic low back pain.Timepoint: 3 session

MeasureTime frame
1. To determine the sociodemographic factors of the study population. 2. To compare the pre- and post-treatment clinical outcomes of the study population. 3. To evaluate the pain intensity at rest before and after introducing multi-modal exercises. 4. To evaluate the pain intensity during different functional activities before and after applying multi-modal exercises. Timepoint: 3 sessions
