Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients having Arsha who are fulfilling my study criteria (minimum3 out of 7 i.e guda kandu, vibandha,size of pile mass,number of pile mass,strava, raktastrava,vedana) and who are willing to be selected will be enrolled. 2) The patients of age group 19- 80years. 3) Patients will be selected irrespective of sex.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient planning to conceive in near future[during course of trial] 2)Pregnant and lactating mother. 3)Any congenital diseases like haemophilia. Any major psychiatric illness. Patient with 3 degree, 4 degree or prolapsed piles. 6)Arsha associated with CA Rectum, Thrombosed & Strangulated piles, Rectal prolapse and fistula in ano. 7)Patient with any liver disorder.

| 1-Present time is the era of fast food. Irregularity in diet, changing food style, sedentary life, prolonged standing and certain psychological disturbances leads to various ano-rectal disorders and Arsha is one of them. 2-Kshar karma procedure is the minimal invasive and most acceptable treatment in Ayurveda which can be efficiently used to treat Arshas and for this , Pratisarniya Kshar which is composed of 24 herbomineral drugs described by Sushrutacharya in Su.Su.11/12 is used in which Saptaparna is one of them.
