Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Intra Cranial Hemorrhage admitted to Intensive Care Units under going conservative management.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Contra Indication for Tracheostomy Coagulopathy, local site infection, altered neck anatomy like thyroid mass/swelling, unstable cervical spine, Morbidly obesity Patients with Intra Cranial Hemorrhage who under went surgery including Extra Ventricular Drain Insertion. Patients who died within two days of planned surgical tracheostomy

� Pulmonary Complication (like pneumonic patch in Chest X ray or signs of aspiration pneumonia, Ventilator Associated Pneumonia (VAP), drop in saturation below 88%). Timepoint: 10th,14th and 21st Day of Admission
