Intervention1: Methotrexate gel with iontophoresis: apply methotreaxte gel over nails and cover with aluminium foil and then patient hand is placed in a tub having water and iontophoresis plates. rout

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients above 18years of age and patients who are willing to undergo the procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -patients having pacemaker, metal orthopedic implant, intrauterine device, cardiac arrhythmias, hypersentivity to methotrexate gel and betamethasone - pregnancy and lactation -age less than 18 years - patients with hematological or hepatic disorders
