Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Athletes (Runner) racing in range between 800 meters to 3000 meters. Athletes (Runner) between the age group of 17 to 25 years. Athletes (Runner) Male only Athletes (Runner) shouldnâ??t have any pre-existing health issues. Athletes (Runner) should be willing to go through required procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are not willing to participate in the study. Athletes (Runner) with serious injuries. Athletes (Runner) who are already on protein supplements. Athletes (Runner) who are on medications.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Increase in the performance of the Athletes (Runners) through Yoga practice. Increase in the performance of the Athletes (Runners) through Yoga practice and Dietary changes (Ragi & Urad Laddu) as compared to control group. Timepoint: Baseline that is 0th day after 1 month and at the end of administration after 3 months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in quality of life in trial group as compared to control group. Timepoint: Baseline that is 0th day after 1 month and at the end of administration after 3 months.
