Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants of any gender, agedbetween 18 to 65 years. 2. Participants willing to provide written informed consent and participate in the study for 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women or who are planning for conception. 2. Participants with known history or a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of Cardiac diseases, Autoimmune diseases, cancer and Acute inflammatory conditions 3. Known case of mental disorder like bipolar depression, Schizophrenia etc. 4. Participants who are suffering from chronic diseases and under multiple drug regimen. 5. Participants with addictions to alcohol, marijuana etc. 6. Any other condition which PI may think can jeopardize the study.
