Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Patients with fissure in ano and willing for the consent •Patients with age group of 20 and above. •Patients with clinical features of Fissure in ano will be included after screening. •Patients irrespective of gender, occupation and economic status will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering with systemic disorders like Diabetes mellitus, Tuberculosis, HIV Positive, Hepatitis B. Known cases of Malignancy, Crohnâ??s disease, Ulcerative colitis will be excluded. Patient with Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) will be excluded. Patient with uncontrolled systemic disorder will be excluded.
