Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class Iâ??III patients aged 18â??70 years, scheduled for head and neck cancer surgeries requiring nasal intubation, with Elâ??Ganzouri risk index (EGRI) - 1â??<=7 Will be included in our study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA IV patients, Patients with mouth opening Patients with hyperkalemia, Patients with history or family history of malignant hyperthermia, Patients with maxilla - facial trauma
