Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • People between the age group 18-25 • Both male and female • NDI score more than or equal to 5 • Negative arm squeeze test • Patients who are willing for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • History of any cervical disease or trauma • History of trauma or surgery on shoulder joint. • History of surgery on head, face, neck • Use of analgesics or muscle relaxants in the past week • History of congenital diseases or inflammatory diseases • Those who are not willing to participate in the study • Any psychiatric disorders
