Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: oParticipants satisfying diagnostic criteria with PSS >= 14 oThose who are willing to give written consent oThose who are not on pain killers(NSAIDS or OPIODS) for the last 2 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: oAcute low back ache oPregnant and lactating mother oThose under medication for psychiatric ailments oThose having history of MI, epilepsy, CA, major trauma, bowel bladder dysfunction
