Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 ASA 2 PREOPERATIVE FASTING OF ATLEAST 6 HOURS ELECTIVE ORTHOPAEDIC PROCEDURES DONE UNDER GA EMERGENCY ORTHOPAEDIC PROCEDURES DONE UNDER GA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: NOT SATISFYING INCLUSION CRITERIA PREGNANT FEMALE PATIENT ALLERGIC TO ANTIEMETICS PATIENT HAVING PREOP NAUSEA/VOMITING PATIENT RECEIVING ANY OTHER DRUG TRIGGERING NAUSEA/VOMITING PATIENT REFUSAL
