Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All children with end stage kidney disease who are receiving chronic dialysis or transplantation with the intent of providing long term care
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with end stage kidney disease who received dialysis only for emergency care.
