Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients between 18 to 65 years of both genders posted for thyroid and parathyroid surgeries.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Preoperative vocal cord abnormalities Upper airway obstruction and abnormalities in supraglottic anatomy Restricted mouth opening Increased risk of aspiration like morbid obesity, pregnancy Patients refusing to participate in the study
