Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult Patient (more than 18 years) 2. Cytoreductive Surgery and Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (CRS-HIPEC) for peritoneal metastasis of gastro-intestinal and gynecologocal malignancies or primary peritoneal malignancies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients on mechanical ventilation till POD 4 2) Incomplete data collection in CRS-HIPEC data base and Acute Pain Service data base.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation of PCI scoring and worst pain score in postoperative periodTimepoint: Within 96 hours after surgery.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Total number of days under acute pain service (APS) surveillance 2. Analgesic modalities used in post-operative period (under active APS surveillance) 3. Pain Scores at rest and on movement in this period. 4. Incidence of coagulopathy 5. Re-referrals to APS/pain clinic after 96 hours period upto discharge. 6. Referrals to pain clinic and pain scores within 6 months after discharge Timepoint: From day of surgery upto 6 months after surgery
