Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Asa 1/2 Undergoing lower limb orthopaedic surgeries under spinal anaesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing emergency surgeries, patients with renal and hepatic insufficiency , patients with convulsive disorders and on MAO-inhibitor drugs , patients having itâ??d and those with cognitive dysfunction.
