Inclusion criteria: 1)ADULTS BETWEEN 18-70 YEARS UNDER GOING ELECTIVE SURGICAL PROCEDURES UNDER GENERAL ANAESTHESIA AND ENDOTRACHEAL INTUBATION 2) AMERICAN SOCIETY OF ANESTHESIOLOGY PHYSICAL STATUS 1 AND 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) EMERGENCY SURGERIES 2) PATIENTS WITH HIGH RISK OF ASPIRATION 3)PATIENTS WITH LIMITED MOUTH OPENING, ORAL OR MAXILLOFACIAL PATHOLOGY WHERE CMAC D BLADE INSERTION IS DIFFICULT OR CONTRAINDICATED 4) PATIENTS WITH KNOWN CARDIO RESPIRATORY DISEASE 5) BMI MORE THAN 35 KG PER METER SQUARE
