Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 18 and above 2 ECOG 0-3 3 Patient admitted at Respite care facility for minimum of 7 days 4 Having ability to comprehend English / Hindi / Marathi 5 Able to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Any evaluable Cognitive impairment 2 Already practicing any form of yoga on regular basis 3 Unable to perform/ adhere yoga intervention 4 Any deterioration in physical condition
