Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Dialysis of >3 months Patients with no other actual medical problems. who are physically and mentally stable. Understand Hindi or English as determined by the ability to participate and comprehend conversation. willing to participate in the study Has a mobile or has access to a mobile.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Clients who have cognitive impairment or having psychiatric disorders.history of stroke, malignancies, liver, heart or brain disease. with advanced malignancy. intellectually unable to answer questionnaires, illiterates.
