Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Spinal cord injury patients of age 18 to 50 years who are ready to start physiotherapy. the patient is hemodynamically stable. Traumatic SCI patient within 1 year of trauma. Patients with either tetraplegia or paraplegia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are critically ill or hemodynamically unstable or on a ventilator. Patients who do not have any response to an electrical stimulus. Previous history and existing critical illness. Life threatening comorbidity
