Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women having symptoms as per Australasian Menopause Society Symptom Score Sheet, (having score 15 or more) will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age below 40 years and age more than 55years. 2.Patients with uncontrolled hypertension (>=180/120 mm hg), Diabetes mellitus (FBS >250mg/dl), pre-diagnosed cases of Hypo and hyperthyroidism, chronic debilitating diseases like TB, HIV, CA etc. 3.Patients under Hormone replacement therapy or using hormonal contraceptives. 4.Established cases of severe forms of psychiatric illness, those having addiction to consumption of alcohol, tobacco etc.
