Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-100 years 2. All patients diagnosed case of liver cirrhosis 3. Willing for admission 4. Who give consent for participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients on any type of steroids therapy and has continued till visit in emergency. 2. Prior enrolment in study 3. Medico legal cases 4. Patients who are diagnosed after admission 5. Only those Co-morbid condition which can alter the cortisol values like Patient on ketoconazole therapy, adrenalectomy, adrenal malignancy or adenoma.
