Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI 18 to 24.9 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Resting Heart Rate more than 120 beats/min Systolic BP more than 180 mm Hg Diastolic BP more than 100 mm Hg Unstable Angina or Myocardial Infarction in the previous month Any musculoskeletal or neurological disorder limiting ambulation
