Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mothers between 20 to 28 weeks of gestation with gestational hypertension. 2. Mothers who are willing to participate in the study. 3. Mothers who can understand English /Malayalam. 4. Mothers who can follow instructions. 5. Mothers who have smart phones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mothers who conceived through assisted reproductive techniques. 2. Mothers who received complementary therapies to reduce blood pressure
