Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS UNDERGOING ELECTIVE LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age: more than 60 Year or less than 18 Year 2) known case of respiratory illness ( like CPOD, asthma, bronchitis etc.) 3) MPG grade 3 & 4 4) patients with mouth opening less than 2 finger width 5) difficult airway 6) inadequate NBM
