Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with clinical features included in proposed definition. 2.Patients with involvement of palms or soles or both palms and soles. (U/L or B/L) 3.Duration of disease > 6 weeks. 4.KOH negativity in U/L cases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having active psoriasis elsewhere in body 2.Patients having characteristic nail findings of psoriasis 3.Refusing to consent 4.Clinically suspected or patch test positive cases of allergic contact dermatitis
