Inclusion criteria: 1.patients of satrakrit vrana closed(primary and secondary suture) 2.age group 18-70 3.patients will be selected irrespective of sex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.anaemic pts Hb 2.bleeding disorder 3.septicemia 4.DM 2,htn,malignancy,varicose ulcer,pregnancy,leukemia,liver cirrhosis congenital disease like haemophilia
