Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effect of nebulised dexmedetomidine premedication in patient undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgeries in general anaesthesia regarding - 1.Attenuation of perioperative haemodynamic stress response. 2.Anaesthetic agent sparing effect 3.Side effects, if anyTimepoint: Baseline before nebulisation ,in premedication room after nebulisation,in premedication room Before premedication in OT After induction just before intubation Immediately after intubation 3 min, 5 min, after intubation At surgical Incision Just after insufflation 15 min after insufflation and at every 15 min thereafter At Exsufflation Just after Reversal

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Side effects, if anyTimepoint: any time intraoperative, postoperative
