Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with P/H/O Chikungunya fever 03 months ago Patients with DAS 28 >3.2 and CDAI > 105,6 Patients who will give consent and able to do follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 18 and above 50 years Patients with DAS 28 Patients having arthritis other than Post Chikungunya fever Patients suffering from autoimmune diseases or systemic illness like Hypertension, DM, Malignancy, Liver or Kidney dysfunction Patients had received systematically 6 administered or intra-articular corticosteroids, Hydroxychloroquine, Sulfasalazine, methotrexate, NSAIDs or CAM therapy within 02 weeks prior to enrolment Pregnant and lactating women
