Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who developed hemodynamic complications during dialysis. 2. Patients having high-grade fever. 3. Patients with severe hypoxia (Anemia, Pulmonary diseases, Cardiac diseases, Respiratory failure, etc.) 4. Patients who are unable to cope up with the exercise program. 5. Patients already diagnosed with any respiratory disease. 6. Patients with orthopedic or neurological conditions that would affect the exercise program. 7. Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Pulmonary Function Test - Spirometry. 2. Maximum Inspiratory Pressure. Timepoint: PFT & MIP measurements will be taken for both groups as per the guideline. Pre-treatment outcome measures will be assessed after the completion of the dialysis session. Then the exercises will be imposed on the patients in both groups from the next consecutive dialysis session. After eight weeks same outcome measures- PFT & MIP will be evaluated as per the guidelines. Baseline PFT and MIP will be assessed Day 0 and after 8 weeks.
