Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with age between 30-60 years Blood glucose(F) - 126 mg/dl to 140 mg/dl Blood glucose(PP) - 180 mg/dl to 280 mg/dl HbA1c - 6.5% to 8% Polyuria Polyphagia Polydipsia Nocturia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant Women Lactating mothers Insulin dependent Diabetes Mellitus Cardiovascular disease Diabetic nephropathy Diabetic retinopathy T.B affected individuals HbA1c >8%
