Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.American society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) grade I or II 2.Between 18-60 years of either sex 11,12 3.Posted for elective surgery of different specialties

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Anticipated difficult airway- Mallampatti grade >= III , Thyromental distance 2.Emergency surgery. 3.Full stomach. 4.Cardiovascular diseases and uncontrolled hypertension. 5.High intra cranial pressure (ICP).
