Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : Early breast carcinoma . Locally advanced breast carcinoma operable. Post neoadjuvant Locally advanced breast carcinoma operable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria : • prior surgery of I/L breast & axilla . • no immediate reconstruction . • positive margins post Modified radical mastectomy . • coagulation disorders . • immunological disorders. Metastatic Breast carcinoma
