Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cofirmed COVID-19 cases (Positive for SARS-COV-2 by RT-PCR or rapid antigen test)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a pre-existing autoimmune rheumatic disease. 2. Patients with a first degree relative (parents, children, siblings) who have autoimmune rheumatic disease. 3. Patients above 65 years of age. 4. Patients with HBV, HCV, HIV, tuberculosis (Active or past), leprosy, infective endocarditis, dengue, malaria, CLD/liver cirrhosis, malignancy and sarcoidosis. 5. Patients taking drugs known to induce formation of ANA. 6. Patient from another state. (Non- Delhite).

1. Proportion of COVID-19 patients having musculoskeletal and rheumatologic manifestations at admission, at 4 weeks and 12 weeks after discharge. 2. Proportion of COVID-19 patients having serum autoantibodies (RF, Anti CCP,ANA) at admission and 12 weeks after discharge.Timepoint: At the end of study

Correlation of musculoskeletal and rheumatologic manifestations with clinical severity of COVID-19 and inflammatory markers viz. CRP, Ferritin, LDH, and IL-6. Timepoint: At the end of the study;Correlation of musculoskeletal and rheumatologic manifestations with presence and titres of serum autoantibodies viz. RF, Anti-CCP, and ANA.Timepoint: At the end of the study;Correlation of serum autoantibodies (RF, Anti-CCP and ANA) with clinical severity of COVID-19 and inflammatory markers viz.
