Intervention1: BOTULINUM TOXIN A: botulinum toxin A 100 units diluted in 1 ml normal saline injected onto scalp using insulin syringe. Control Intervention1: minoxidil 5 %: topical minoxidil 5% 1 ml

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: clinically diagnosed Norwood Hamilton grade 2 to 4 of androgenetic alopecia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with other grades of androgenetic alopecia patients with concomitant diagnosis of alopecia aereata localised infection of scalp patients on anti coagulants patients with needle phobia
