Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with sign and symptoms of Vatarakta as mentioned in Granthas. 2. Patient age group between 20-60 yrs. 3. Patients selected irrespective of age, Sex, socio economic status. 4. Patient with hyperuricemla below 10 mg/dL. (i.e. 7 to 10 mg/dl).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Patients with sign and symptoms of Amavata and Sandhigatavat. 3. Patient having sign and symptoms of vatarakta more than 1 year.(chronic gout) 4. Patient with other co-morbidities like diabetes mellitus, HIV etc. 5. Patient with uric acid level above 10 mg/dL 6. Patient with Mrudu Koshta
