Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children fulfiling ROME 4 Criteria 2.Two or Fewer defecations in the toilet per week 3.At least one episode of fecal incontinence per week 4.History of retentive posturing or excessive volitional stool retention 5.History of painful or hard bowel movements 6.Presence of large faecal mass in the rectum 7.History of large diameter stools which may obstruct the toilet (Must include 2 or more criteria fulfiled once per week for atleast 2 months prior to diagnosis)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other organic disorders as Hirschsprungs disease 2.other systemic illness like T.B,HIV etc. 3.Hormonal diseases as Hypothyroidism etc.
