Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes patients 2. Age 18 to 70 years 3. Patients fulfilling DSM 5 insomnia criteria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Another diagnosed sleep-wake disorder 2. Patients who are already on pharmacotherapy for any sleep disorder 3. Already diagnosed mental disorder 4. Substance use 5. Type 1 diabetes patients
