Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Bedtime Mobile Phone Use Score between 16 and 30 Using Mobile Phone during Bedtime for more than 30 minutes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any underlying Medical Conditions Taking Sleeping Pills
