Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients of chronic non healing cutaneous wounds with duration of >4 weeks with wound size between 4 to 10 cm length.

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have chronic ulcer resulting from skin tumour X ray showing osteomyelitis Ulcer with bone involvement, partial or complete gangrenous limb ( Wagner grade
