Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients with TBI admitted in adult ICU and neuro ICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patients and patients who do not consent to participate will be excluded from the study 2. Patients with direct orbital trauma, facial or airway trauma, limb fracture or spinal cord injury and alcohol intoxication

The aim of the study is to find out the role of various parameters like demography, co morbidities, injury severity, ONSD, FOUR score etc in out outcome prediction and forming a prediction model in patients with TBITimepoint: Every 24 hors after ICU admission for 7 days and at 30th day
