Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who are scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia patients with ASA grading I nad II patients with mallampatti scores grade I and II patients who will give valid written informed consent patients with no anticipated difficult airway

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with history of allergy to the study of drugs patients with cardiovascular, central nervoous system , hepatic and renal diseases patients with increased risk of regurgitation
