Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with generalised chronic periodontitis 2. Patients with 30% of sites involved i.e. greater than or equal to 20 teeth. 3. Patients with Periodontal pocket depth greater than at the most equal to 4mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of bleeding disorders. 2. Patients suffering from any systemic disease. 3. pregnant/ lactating mother. 4. Patients undergoing hormonal replacement therapy.
